As one of the largest Engineering Companies in Malaysia with more than 3500 employees in Malaysia and an ever-growing number of fresh hires, the human resources department is consistently required to collect, store and manage all sorts of documents about the employees. On average the client is handling more the 200 employment activities every month. There will be a lot of employment-related document will be submitted by the new employees starting from their interview to the day they report in. Documents such as resume, certificates for new hires and all HR related documents. Previously the documents are kept as hard copy in organized files in the premise. This takes up space at the storage room required to keep all the documents as they are growing by the day. It also took up a lot of time from the HR personal to keep all the document organized, at times this process is delayed due to the volume of documents need to be handled and this counterproductive. Handling such vast number of physical documents is not only counter-productive, time-consuming but impacts the overall cost of the hiring process. The customer is looking for a solution to archive documents to SharePoint. The volume of documents estimated per day is ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 pages.

The clients have already been using O365 SharePoint, the solution has integrated CumulsPro Browser Scan Client to the client’s SharePoint.
