It issues corporate bonds and sukuk to finance the purchase of housing loans and receivables from financial institutions, selected corporations and the public sector. The provision of liquidity at a reasonable cost to the primary lenders of housing loans encourages further financing of houses at an affordable cost.
The client model is well regarded by the World Bank as the most successful secondary mortgage liquidity facility. They is the largest issuer of debt instruments in the Malaysian capital market. Since incorporation in 1986, they has cumulatively issued RM301.9 billion (as at 31 December 2017) of bonds and sukuk, which includes issuances by its few wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The client previously used Exchange 2010 email hosted onsite domains within the same Exchange organization. With the current system, they are now lacking collaboration, interaction within the company. It also minimizes the efficiency and productivity of the staff. The management wishes to change this and want to have more collaboration, interaction with an increase in productivity and efficiency.
With the current set up also which is the on-premises setup, the cost of maintaining and administering the on-premises system is high due to on-premises setup. The IT division and Management reached a critical point to either upgrade Exchange Server 2010 to 2016 or alternative solution like Office 365.

O365 Advanced Compliance offers additional security measures through Lockbox, which requires two levels of approval for their data to even be accessed. Their data cannot be accessible unless they get permission from a Microsoft support manager, and request permission from the designated customer contact from the client.
