The BDM will be working on generating new opportunities to grow market share.
Would be responsible for acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.
The role is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring Hardware and Software sales, and closing deals within assigned accounts and identified new accounts.
Drive hardware and software sales
Identifies and fit product gaps to existing, and generate new opportunity to grow market, share and improve customers experience on the end to end solutions.
Research, understand, and analyze product and solutions that fit to customers’ needs / paint point.
Review, manage and update product pricing & positioning strategy and review and prioritize based on business and opportunities.
Review, manage and plan promotion plan to end user to ensure they are reliable with product line selling strategy and develop a buy-in for the product vision. Drive the go-to market plan for the specific software.
Managing the relationship with key principal, distributor and partners to align with SL business strategy
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.

Demonstrated experience & knowledge in Hardware/Software Distributor environment
IoT and Sensor Technology
Demonstrably superb verbal communications skills, including a charismatic and engaging presentation style that inspires confidence.
