Seeking a Security Pre-Sales and Solution Consultant to join the Softline business in Malaysia. The successful candidate's primary role is to work on software and service sales; working within a team to understand a client's business and requirements; deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and shape solutions incorporating product, professional, and managed services. The position requires carry individual services target/quota.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of Presales & Sales team, will spend 70% time in presales – Advisory/Architecture & 30% in Selling
Align overall solution architecture to industry standards reference architectures
Responsible for architecting enterprise security solutions for RFPs / proposals
Develop value proposition for RFP response
Recommend appropriate products based on client requirements
Provide advise / best practices to clients
Good understanding of service methodologies, and the ability to size teams for performing implementation / operations.
Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and their impact on data security / data residency
Optimize the solution to meet the customer expectations on solution, timelines and cost
Walkthrough solutions to customers, internal stakeholders during deal reviews
Articulate solution and value proposition to client key stakeholders including CISO, CIO, Head of Information Security.
Partner with technology vendors to evaluate emerging technologies and design value proposition that can be offered to customers
4 – 5 years of experience in Information Security, strong prior experience in crafting end-to-end security services solutions
Strong written, spoken and presentation skills
Sound architecture skills to design comprehensive security solutions
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, IAM Technology Certifications, Cloud Security
